Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bzar.PK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2. About Bzar.PK

Bzar.PK is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers with verified sellers across Pakistan. We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of products listed by vendors on our platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person may maintain only one customer account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. For Buyers

4.1 Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.
  • For advance payment orders, funds are held in escrow by Bzar.PK until successful delivery.
  • COD orders require phone verification by the vendor before dispatch.

4.2 Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on the vendor's location and chosen courier service.
  • We deliver to all major cities in Pakistan via TCS, Leopard, and other courier partners.
  • Multi-vendor orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

4.3 Buyer Protection

All purchases on Bzar.PK are covered by our Buyer Protection program. If you receive a significantly different product or don't receive your order, you may file a dispute within 7 days of delivery.

5. For Vendors

5.1 Registration & KYC

  • Vendors must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification including CNIC verification and payment setup.
  • All vendor accounts are subject to approval by Bzar.PK administration.
  • Vendors must maintain accurate store information and product listings.

5.2 Product Listings

  • Products must comply with Pakistani law and Bzar.PK's content policies.
  • Prohibited items include: illegal substances, counterfeit goods, weapons, and items violating intellectual property rights.
  • Product descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
  • All products are subject to moderation and approval by Bzar.PK.

5.3 Commission & Payouts

  • Bzar.PK charges a commission on each sale as specified in the Vendor Agreement.
  • Payouts are processed to the vendor's registered bank/wallet account.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 500.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings.
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to complete transactions outside Bzar.PK.
  • Upload malicious content, scripts, or engage in hacking/scraping.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bzar.PK name, logo, design, and all platform content are the intellectual property of Bzar.PK. Vendors retain rights to their product images and descriptions but grant Bzar.PK a license to display them on the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and vendors are handled through our in-platform dispute resolution system. Bzar.PK acts as a mediator and makes final decisions based on evidence provided by both parties. Decisions by Bzar.PK administration are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bzar.PK is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, store, or directly sell products. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the commission amount earned on the relevant transaction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
