Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Promise
At Bzar.PK, buyer protection is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is significantly different from what was described.
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item or wrong quantity.
Non-returnable items: Undergarments, customized items, perishable goods, digital products, and items with broken seals (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders â select the order â click "Open Dispute".
- Upload photos/videos showing the issue.
- Vendor has 48 hours to respond.
- If unresolved, Bzar.PK admin makes the final decision.
4. Refund Process
COD Orders: Vendor arranges return pickup. Refund credited to your Bzar.PK wallet.
Advance Payment (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank): Since funds are in escrow, full refund is processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline

6. Return Shipping
Vendor fault (wrong/damaged item) = free return shipping. Buyer's change of mind = buyer pays return shipping.
