1. User & Vendor Accounts

To buy or sell on Bzar.PK, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Vendor Onboarding: Registration and store creation for local small vendors in Pakistan is completely free.
• Accuracy: All account holders must provide valid, updated, and accurate personal and contact details.

2. Seller Rules & Product Authenticity

Bzar.PK is dedicated to showcasing genuine Pakistani ethnic wear, handmade crafts, and regional goods. Vendors are strictly bound to verify the quality and description of their items.

• Prohibited Items: Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, replica, or mislabeled items.
• Ownership: Sellers must possess all legal rights to the products they advertise and sell.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Bzar.PK are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of tax as declared by the vendor.

• COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for deliveries across all major cities and rural areas in Pakistan.
• Online Payments: Online transactions processed are encrypted and secured.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our priority is to offer the fastest shipping network across Pakistan. Delivery durations depend on the seller's location and the destination city.

• Timeline: Local deliveries (within Punjab/Okara) take 2-4 business days. Nationwide deliveries (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.) take 3-6 business days.
• Tracking: Tracking links will be sent via WhatsApp and email once dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

We want customers to shop with confidence. Each vendor must adhere to Bzar.PK's core return guidelines.

• Return Window: Returns for damaged or incorrect items (specifically ethnic wear size issues or broken handmade crafts) must be claimed within 7 days.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are credited back to the customer's wallet or Bank account.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of the transactions on this platform shall be resolved within the local jurisdiction of the courts in Okara, Punjab, Pakistan.
