Because we are a marketplace showcasing unique products from independent Pakistani vendors, we maintain a clear, fair, and transparent Return and Refund Policy. Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition, whether it is premium Pakistani ethnic wear or delicate handmade crafts.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To qualify, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must have all original brand tags, labels, and packaging intact (highly critical for ethnic clothing).
- For fragile handmade crafts, any damage during transit must be reported with photographic or video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products listed on Bzar.PK cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature:
- Custom-tailored or altered clothing (unstitched fabrics that have been stitched cannot be returned).
- Clearance sale or promotional items (except in cases where the wrong product was shipped).
- Personal care, hygiene, and cosmetic products.
- Customized handmade crafts made specifically to order.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us
Send us your Order ID and photos/videos of the item via WhatsApp or Email support.
Ship Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to our Okara hub or wait for reverse pickup arrangements.
Quality Check
Once the vendor inspects the item at our hub, we will notify you of approval or rejection status.
3. Refund Methods & Timeline
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund using one of your preferred payment options:
Option A: Store Wallet
Refunded instantly as Bzar.PK Store Credit. This can be used for any future purchases immediately.
Option B: Local Bank Transfer
Direct transfer to any bank in Pakistan (HBL, Alfalah, UBL, etc.). Takes 3 to 7 business days to process.
Option C: Mobile Wallets
Transferred directly to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account. Takes 24 to 48 business hours to clear.
